The KT-ZM2000 series intelligent automatic metallographic grinding and polishing machine is a pneumatic grinding & polishing equipment controlled by an 8-inch color touch screen and PLC. It is equipped with a dual-channel automatic abrasive feeding system for intelligent spraying and feeding of abrasives under PLC control. The machine can automatically adjust grinding pressure and grinding time, and save current grinding & polishing recipes. It can process up to 8 specimens simultaneously. Optional special fixtures enable precision grinding and polishing of specimens with special dimensions. It can perform precise grinding and polishing on common ferrous metals, non-ferrous metals, various alloys, ceramics, rocks, glass, electronic components and a variety of new materials, meeting the requirements of rapid, efficient and precision sample preparation in laboratories at all levels.
