This system integrates an independent eddy current testing main unit with 1\u20138 channels (optional).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>It features powerful testing and experimental functions, good stability and high signal-to-noise ratio, and can be extended with multiple practical application functions. The system is developed and designed adopting advanced microcomputer electronic technology, DSP digital processing technology and FPGA technology. Based on the system testing platform, multi-aspect sharing of testing signals and data can be realized. Full processes such as data collection, output, analysis, storage and reading are processed intelligently.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Powerful software functions support parameter saving, data storage, report analysis and statistics.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>It can be connected with various coils with low lift-off clearance requirements (Probes can be selected fully in accordance with users\u2019 testing requirements). Various high-performance and cost-effective testing probes can be flexibly and quickly customized, including point probes, flat probes, internal passing probes, external passing probes, saddle probes, rotary scanners, sorting probes and more.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The instrument is simple, rational and intuitive to operate, with flexible configuration of various testing functions.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Wider frequency range allows inspection of all solid metal workpieces.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>An optional 8-frequency material sorting module is available. The software can display the 8-frequency sorting operation interface for a single channel.
