1. Product Introduction
The box-type atmosphere furnace can be filled with inert gases such as nitrogen and argon to prevent workpieces from oxidation and decarburization. Featuring uniform temperature field, fast heating rate and high energy efficiency, it serves as an ideal piece of equipment for atmosphere-protected sintering and atmosphere reduction processes in universities, research institutes, industrial and mining enterprises.
2. Product Features
The furnace body adopts an integrated structure with a double-layer furnace shell to realize heat insulation via air circulation. Made of high-quality carbon steel, its surface is treated and coated with electrostatic plastic spraying.
The furnace chamber is made of imported lightweight high-purity alumina material. It features high hardness with no powder shedding, and produces no volatile substances during high-temperature sintering for safe operation.
High-quality molybdenum-containing resistance wires are used as heating elements arranged on both sides, delivering excellent furnace temperature uniformity.
After program parameters are set on the instrument, simply press the run button; the subsequent heating and cooling processes will run automatically without manual supervision.
The equipment triggers an alarm signal under over-temperature operating conditions and executes automatic protective actions.
The control panel is equipped with power indicator and heating indicator lamps for real-time monitoring of equipment operating status.
A CHNT circuit breaker is installed on the side panel of the equipment. In case of faults including short circuit or electric leakage, the circuit breaker will activate self-protection, eliminating potential personal safety hazards and preventing equipment damage.
