The intelligent digital eddy current tester is specially suitable for inspection of automotive and aerospace components. It is a product of Chinese eddy current testing system applied in industrial production.
A single unit highly integrates 1–16 independent physical channels (expandable up to 64 channels). Equipped with multiple independent physical channels, there is no need to switch probe positions for different detection locations. All channels can work independently and simultaneously. It achieves higher detection efficiency and stability while reducing the complexity of automation. Various instrument appearance options are available (external display, etc.). Function keys and optional modules can be flexibly configured.
It is equipped with abundant supporting data interfaces and can be integrated into any automated on-line and off-line testing system. It supports rapid start/stop and fast output of flaw detection, sorting and other signals.
Adopting brand-new software algorithms, it delivers improved detection performance and higher signal-to-noise ratio. Continuous software development is carried out, and lifetime free software upgrade is provided.

It features unique alarm function, pre-alarm function and probe abnormality alarm function. It can be connected with various coils with low lift-off clearance requirements. Probes can be fully selected according to users’ testing requirements. Various high-performance and cost-effective testing probes can be flexibly and rapidly customized, including point probes, flat probes, internal passing probes, external passing probes, saddle probes, rotary scanners, sorting probes and others.
